Morning Team Matchmaking Mixer
Don't have a team yet? No problem at all! At 10:00 AM after the opening briefing, we host a fast-paced physical team matchmaking mixer in the auditorium. You can team up with fellow students across different branches and semesters.
Campus Coordination: Table assignments, power stations, Wi-Fi credentials, and squad check-ins are handled directly on-site at Prasad Institute of Technology by student coordinators.
EVENT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE
A focused 5.5-hour in-person sprint on campus at Prasad Institute of Technology, Jaunpur.
Check-in & Badge Issuance
Arrive at Prasad Institute of Technology auditorium. Verify your registration pass, collect your participant badge, and get seated at your workstation.
Opening Briefing & Squad Mixer
Official opening remarks by hosts Shubhasheesh Kundu & Preet Yadav. Problem scoping, hackathon rules briefing, and team matchmaking for unplaced hackers.
Hackathon Sprint Begins
Main in-person build block. Work with your squad, write code, submit commits, and consult with on-ground student mentors circulating between tables.
Code Freeze & PR Submissions
Sprint wrap-up. Push final commits to GitHub, open pull requests, ensure README documentation is complete, and prepare demo links.
Project Showcase & Stage Demos
Live lightning demos on the auditorium projector. Present your pull requests, software prototypes, and hacks to peers and organizers.
Closing Ceremony & Wrap-up
Keynote closing address, acknowledgment of all student builders, community group photographs, and closing announcements.
